In 2018, she founded Sankalp Centre for Holistic Development, where she serves as a trustee. At Sankalp, she is responsible for a variety of key functions, including overseeing academic affairs for students in the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) 10th grade program. She provides remedial therapy and strategic teaching to help students succeed in their studies.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Aparna also serves as the administrative head of Sankalp Centre.
